Returns and Exchanges: 

i.  If you have a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service to start the process.

ii.  You are responsible for return shipping unless your exchange or return was due to a packing/shipping mistake made by MykleCell.

iii.  Returns may take up to 4 weeks to process depending on your circumstance.
