•    Codes and software are used at your own risk, we hold no responsibility if these damage your phone by improper use.
•    If we cannot supply a code to unlock your phone we will issue a full refund.
  
•    Read all instructions before using unlock codes (or software).
•    Proof may be required if codes/software fails before a refund is issued.  You may be required to send the phone to us for so 
•    we can verify failure, all charges incurred by this will be payable by you.
  
•    We reserve the right to refuse service.
•    We will attempt to unlock your phone within 24 hours, however this is not guaranteed.
•    You will generally receive instructions through E-mail, although on rare ocassions, we may be required to send you   
•     instructions by postage.
