•   Codes and software are used at your own risk, we hold no responsibility if these damage your phone by improper use.
•   If we cannot supply a code to unlock your phone we will provide software which should make it possible to unlock your phone yourself.
•   You may need a cable to use this software, no refund will be made if you do not have the necessary cable to carry this out, they are available from many mobile phone retailers and are generally supplied with the phone.
•   Software is created by third parties and have freeware licenses, charges are not for the software but for the service we provide. Read all instructions before using the software or codes.
•   If you decide not to use the code/software after purchase this is your decision and no refund will be made.
•   Proof will be required if codes/software fails before a refund is made. You may be required to send the phone to us for so we can verify failure, all charges incurred by this will be payable by you.
  
•   We reserve the right to refuse service.
•   We will attempt to unlock your phone within 24 hours, however this is not guaranteed.
•   You will generally receive instructions through E-mail, although occasionally we may be required to send you instructions by mail.
